At Samply, we want you to feel confident trying new products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Refund Window

1. 7 Business Days – No Questions Asked:
 If you’re not satisfied with your order, you may request a full refund within 7 business days of delivery, even if nothing is wrong with the product.

2. 14 Days – Product Issues or Order Errors:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a full refund within 14 days of delivery.

No Returns Required

Because Samply sells consumable products, we do not accept returns to ensure product safety. If a refund is approved, you may keep or dispose of the product, and a full refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@trysamply.com with:

1. Your order number

2. A brief description of the issue (if applicable)

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
